Terms of Service

These terms cover the short-form video work Chisel (sole trader) ("Chisel", "we") does for you ("the client"). By approving a quote or paying for a package you agree to them. Questions: hello@getchiselai.com.

1. What we make

Faceless vertical (9:16) reels about your product, each with a script, an AI voiceover, on-screen captions, your logo and end card, and a written caption. The package you choose (Pilot, Launch pack or Monthly) sets the number of reels, the length and the revision rounds, as shown on the pricing section of this site or in your quote.

2. How it works

• We write scripts in your brand voice and send them for approval. Nothing is built until you sign them off.
• We work from your public site, docs and demo, or from screen recordings you send. You make sure anything you send us is yours to share.
• Every claim in a reel comes from your materials. You're responsible for the accuracy of what your materials say and for approving the final scripts.
• Files are delivered as MP4s with captions in a shared folder. You post them from your own accounts.

3. Changes

The Pilot includes one round of changes and the Launch pack three, covering wording, order and pacing. A brand-new script counts as a new reel. Monthly rounds are agreed with you.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars as shown on the site or in your quote, payable upfront before production starts unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes and payment fees may be added where they apply.

5. Refunds

If you cancel before you approve the first scripts, you get a full refund. After production starts, reels already delivered aren't refundable; for undelivered reels in a package we refund the unused part, pro rata, if you ask within 30 days of payment.

6. Who owns the reels

Once paid for, the finished reels are yours: post them anywhere, run them as ads, cut them up. Your logos, screens and materials stay yours. We keep the rights to our own templates, tools and know-how. We won't show your reels publicly (for example on this site) without your permission.

7. AI voice and tools

Every reel uses an AI-generated voiceover, and we use AI tools in writing and production. A human (us) reviews every script and reel before you see it. If you'd rather use a real voice, send a recording and we cut the reel to it.

8. Results

We make reels built to be watched and understood, but we can't promise views, followers, sign-ups or sales: those depend on platforms and audiences we don't control.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any work is limited to the amount you paid for that package, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Ending the work

Either side can end a Monthly arrangement with 14 days' notice. Reels already delivered and paid for remain yours.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version on the date you approved your quote applies to that work.
